Paul Sexton

Paul Sexton serves as an attorney and Pre-Litigation Director at The May Firm, where he is dedicated to providing compassionate advocacy for clients who have experienced life-altering accidents and injuries. With a strong belief in taking a personal approach to client interaction, Paul ensures that each individual’s unique circumstances and needs are recognized and addressed.

His goal is to guide clients through the legal process with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. In addition to his legal work, Paul is passionate about giving back to the community. He volunteers at the county food bank and served as an advocate for individuals facing bankruptcy at the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Central District of California.

Paul graduated from the Colleges of Law, Santa Barbara, where he received several accolades for academic excellence and legal advocacy. These include being named a Dean’s List recipient, receiving the prestigious Witkin Award for excellence in legal writing, earning the Dean Heather Georgakis Scholarship Award for appellate advocacy, and achieving top honors in trial practice advocacy. Paul also took first place in a moot court competition, further showcasing his dedication to excellence in the legal field.

Outside of work, Paul enjoys challenging hikes, relaxing beach walks, playing golf and tennis, spending quality time with loved ones, and eliciting laughter with his corny jokes. These activities rejuvenate him and allow him to approach his work with renewed energy and focus.
