Fire crews responded to a collision that pinned a car under a big rig

At least one person was injured in a collision that pinned a sedan vehicle beneath a big rig on Antelope North Road near Poker Lane in Antelope at approximately 12:03 PM on Thursday, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.

According to the report, the vehicle was smoking and while it was pinned underneath a big rig off the road. Fire crews were dispatched to the scene of the accident.

The identities of the persons involved in the accident is currently not released. It is also unknown whether or not the vehicles involved in the crash had other passengers at the time of the collision.

The investigation into this accident is still ongoing. Further details will be released as it becomes available to the public.
