At least 1 person hospitalized ensuing vehicle collision on the corner of S Stage Coach Ln and E Alvarado St in Fallbrook

As mentioned in a California Highway Patrol police report, on Wednesday, April 18th 2018, at about 5:45 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on the intersection of South Stage Coach Lane and East Alvarado Street in the city of Fallbrook.

Moreover, authorities mentioned that a silver Chevy Camaro and a white Honda Accord were the vehicles involved in a collision that resulted in injuries.  The collision left the Honda disabled and required a tow, according to officials.

In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.

Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.  Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
