Car accident left at least one person injured on the 405 Freeway south of Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles

As mentioned in a police report by California Highway Patrol, on Saturday, March 10th 2018, at about 4:18 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on Interstate 405, just south of Wilshire Boulevard in the city of Los Angeles.

Moreover, authorities reported that a white SUV and a red Honda Civic were traveling southbound on I-405 before the collision occurred.  The Honda ended up blocking the No. 1 lane of the freeway and the SUV ended up facing the wrong-way on the roadway, according to CHP.

Additionally, it is unclear how many people were hurt, however at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured victim at this time.
