At least 1 person hospitalized ensuing vehicle collision on E Riverside Dr near Ontario Ave in Ontario
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Friday, March 30th 2018, at about 2:10 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on East Riverside Drive near Ontario Avenue in the city of Ontario.
Furthermore, authorities did not give a full description of the vehicles involved but did mention that that a vehicle ran through a fence and into a a building after crashing with another vehicle. The driver the vehicle that went through the fence was not moving when authorities arrived, as stated by CHP.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured victim.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash. Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
