Car accident injured at least one person in San Jose
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Tuesday, April 10th 2018, at about 6:02 p.m., at least one person was injured ensuing a traffic collision involving multiple vehicles on the northbound of U.S. Highway 101 and Hellyer Avenue in the city of San Jose.
In addition, the report stated that a white Chevrolet Traverse, white Ford Ranger and blue Mazda were the vehicles involved in the traffic collision.
Moreover, officials stated that all three vehicles were blocking the third lane and debris scattered in lanes one and two. Authorities worked to clear the accident and a tow truck was required for the vehicles involved in the accident.
There was at least one person injured as a result of the crash and paramedics arrived shortly after the incident occurred to transport the injured parties to a nearby medical facility. In addition, the identity of the injured person or persons has not been released yet, according to officials. It is also unknown whether or not there were passengers in the vehicles involved in the crash.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.
