Two victims killed in two different car accidents in San Bernardino
According to The Sun, on Thursday evening, two separate car crashes occurred resulting in 1 victim being killed in each of the crash.
According to the police, the first incident occurred at Arrowhead Avenue near 13th Street when a 37-year-old man was riding a bicycle and was struck by a hit-and-run driver traveling the same direction just after 11 p.m.
Paramedics arrived and transferred the injured bicyclist to St. Bernardine Medical Center. Shortly after arriving, the victim succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
Meanwhile, the hit-and-run driver was caught and apprehended by investigators, according to the report. The hit-and-run driver was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run. The driver’s name has not been released as of Friday morning.
According to officials, second person was struck and killed on Byron Street and Sterling Avenue Thursday evening.
The name of the victims were not mentioned in the article, pending the notification of next-of-kin.
