A car crashes into a house on West Graves Avenue and South Ynez Avenue injuring two occupants of the car

According to onscene.tv, two people were injured on Sunday evening after a car crashed into a house located near West Graves Avenue and South Ynez Avenue in Monterey Park.

Authorities arrived on scene to find a house struck by a vehicle in the 600 block of West Graves Avenue.

Article stated that it is unclear how the crash occurred but two occupants of the vehicle was injured and transported to a nearby hospital.

Additionally, officials stated that none of the residents were injured from the incident but was assisted with temporary housing by the Red Cross due to the level of damage done to their home. Reportedly, Department of Building & Safety responded to the scene.

It is unclear if alcohol, drugs or speeding were involved in the factor of the collision but the authorities have not ruled them out.

This collision remains under investigation by the Monterey Park Police and further details will be updated as they are available.
