Car crash on Freeway 680 near Bollinger Canyon Rd in San Ramon left at least one person injured
As cited by California Highway Patrol in a police report, on Saturday, February 17th 2018, at 8:40 p.m. a traffic accident left at least one person injured on Interstate 680 just south of Bollinger Canyon Road in the city of San Ramon.
Furthermore, officials report a large piece of metal on the right lane of Freeway 680 and is believed to be the initial cause of the collision. A silver sedan ended up facing west on the center divider and two other vehicles, a large pick-up truck and another sedan were on the right side shoulder as a result of the accident, said CHP.
In addition, at least one person was sent to a local hospital, however there is no word on the condition of the injured victim at the moment. This traffic collision is still undergoing investigation by authorities, and further information will be made public as it is determined.
