At least 1 person was injured in vehicle collision on the 5 Freeway near Lincoln Ave in Anaheim

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Wednesday, April 18th 2018, at about 8:12 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on Interstate 5, at the Lincoln Avenue off-ramp in the city of Anaheim.

Furthermore, authorities stated that a black Chevy Tahoe and another vehicle not described by officials were traveling southbound on I-5 when the collision occurred.  The black Chevy was seen driving recklessly prior to the accident, as mentioned by CHP.

In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.

Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.  Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
