Semi-trailer overturned after traffic collision on Highway 175

As reported in a California Highway Patrol report, a fully loaded trailer tipped over after colliding with another vehicle on Highway 175 on January 29.

 It was also reported that at about 10:09 a.m. a semitrailer was turned over on its side, leaking fuel and the cab of it was almost on its back.  According to officials the accident was between a red vehicle and a full size big rig described as a 53 ft trailer filled with about 30,000 pounds of glass bottles.

Furthermore, at least two tow trucks were needed to clean up the traffic accident.  The report states that Caltrans extended the closure on Freeway 175 while the incident got cleared up and investigated.  It is still unclear if any injuries occurred in incident.  Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
