Motorcyclists injured ensuing vehicle collision on the 80 Freeway near the Carquinez Toll Plaza in Vallejo
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Tuesday, March 13th 2018, at about 8:31 p.m. a motorcyclist was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on Interstate 80 near the Carquinez Toll Plaza in the city of Vallejo.
Moreover, authorities did not release a full description of the vehicles involved in the collision but did mention that a motorcycle and a car were traveling bound on I-80 before the accident occurred. The rider of the motorcycle managed to get up along with the motorcycle and move out of the way, as stated by officials.
In addition, the motorcyclist was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the rider is unknown at this time. Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured victim at this time.
