Three injured in a car collision on Victory Boulevard and Van Nuys
When the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived on the scene after a report around 3:08 a.m., they found two vehicles collided involving a building.
Authorities reported that a white BMW was traveling eastbound on Victory Boulevard when a red Hyundai, with one passenger, allegedly ran a red light going southbound on Van Nuys Boulevard and hit the BMW.
The Hyundai continued on after it hit the BMW and hit a building. Additionally, there were total of three victims involved in the crash with two of them in critical conditions.
All three patients were transported to Valley Medial Hospital, according to the article.
It is unclear if alcohol, drugs or speeding were involved in the factor of the collision but the authorities have not ruled them out.
This collision remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department Valley Traffic Division and further details will be updated as they are available.
