16-year-old injured after car crash on East Washington Avenue and Waterloo Avenue in El Cajon
According to nbcsandiego.com, a boy was hit by a car Monday April 2nd, 2018, around 8 pm while crossing the street on East Washington Avenue at Waterloo Avenue in El Cajon.
As mentioned in the article, the victim and three other teens were crossing Washington Avenue in an unmarked crosswalk thinking they had enough time to make it across safely. One teenager was reportedly hit by the car, reported officials.
The teenager was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital with life-threatening injuries, according to El Cajon police.
