Eusebio RuizLuis arrested for felony DUI and vehicular manslaughter

According to KSBY, a car crash occurred at the intersection of Highway 41 and Creston Road Sunday afternoon which resulted in one dead and one arrested on account of DUI.

Two men were inside a 2000 Ford Expedition when the driver turned toward the east shoulder of Creston Road, losing control and rolling multiple times, stated the California Highway Patrol Official.

Additionally, officers say the passenger, 28-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. The name of the victim was not mentioned in the article, pending the notification of next-of-kin.

Authorities have identified the driver to be Eusebio RuizLuis, 26-years-old, and transported him to Sierra Vista Hospital for his injuries then arrested him for felony DUI and felony vehicular manslaughter.
