Pedestrian hospitalized after being struck by car on the corner of Civic Center Dr and Eucalyptus Ave in Vista
As mentioned in a local news article by NBC San Diego, on Friday night, March 30th 2018, at about 9:45 p.m. a pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle on the intersection of Civic Center Drive and Eucalyptus Avenue in the city of Vista.
Furthermore, authorities stated that the pedestrian was struck by a Honda Civic on the corner of Civic Center Dr and Eucalyptus Ave. The driver of the Honda was being cooperative with authorities, according to the article.
In addition, the pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the injured pedestrian are unknown. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash. Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
