Pedestrian hospitalized after being struck by vehicle on the 5 Freeway near Indiana St in Los Angeles
As mentioned in a California Highway Patrol police report, on Saturday, March 31st 2018, at about 7:21 a.m. a pedestrian was injured after being struck by a vehicle on Interstate 5 near Indiana Street in the city of Los Angeles.
Moreover, authorities did not give a description of the vehicle that struck the pedestrian but did state that the vehicle lost control, hit a pedestrian and ran into a sign pole on I-5. The pedestrian was laying down on the roadway when authorities arrived, according to CHP.
In addition, the pedestrian was taken to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the injured pedestrian are unknown. Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured victim.
