Pedestrian injured in traffic collision on Airport Dr north of Nadine Ln in Bakersfield

A police report by California Highway Patrol stated that on Tuesday, March 20th 2018, a pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle on Airport Drive, just north of Nadine Lane in the city of Bakersfield.

Moreover, at about 12:17 a.m. a call advised authorities that a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle under a railroad bridge on Airport Dr.  The injured pedestrian was up and moving around with a injured hand when officials arrived, as mentioned in the report.

Additionally, the pedestrian was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the injured pedestrian are unknown. Officials have not released the age or name of the injured victim yet.
