1 person died and 2 others injured in car crash at an intersection in Santa Clarita

As mentioned in an article from OnSceneVideo, a car collision transpired on Tuesday January 16, in the intersection of Dorothy St and Golden Valley Road in Santa Clarita that left 1 male dead and at least two others hospitalized.

As stated in the report the Los Angeles Fire Department, Santa Clarita Sheriff Department, and California Highway Patrol were called at approximately 10:52 p.m. to respond to a reports of a high speed collision.  When authorities arrived they reported to had seen victims trapped inside their vehicles.  The male that was reported to be the responsible party for the crash died on scene.

The other victims were rescued by firefighters after being trapped in their vehicle, according to the article.  One of the victims was airlifted to a local hospital and the other was taken to the hospital via ambulance.  The condition of both the victims is still unknown and further information will be released at a later time.
