Heated argument erupts between two drivers involved in car crash

One person was injured in a collision involving a white pickup truck and a big rig on Kumeyaay Highway near El Cajon Boulevard in El Cajon at approximately 6:43 AM on Thursday, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.

According to the report, the collision occurred in the third lane of Kumeyaay Highway and both vehicles were stopped in the lane. Witnesses report that the female driver of the pickup truck stuck her head out of the window to exchange words with the driver of the semi truck.

One person was injured in the accident, according to sources. The identity of the persons involved in the accident is currently not released. It is also unknown whether or not there were other passengers in the vehicles involved in the accident at the time of the collision.
