One pedestrian killed in a car collision at the intersection of East Cypress Street and South Crane Avenue

According to onscene.tv, a vehicle crashed into a pedestrian and killed the victim Monday night at the intersection of E. Cypress Street and S. Crane Avenue in Compton.

The emergency crew arrived at the location of the vehicle accident that was reported around 11:00 p.m. to find a male victim lying on the floor unconscious.

The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene of the crime, according to Compton Fire Department Paramedics.

Reportedly, bystanders witnessed the victim in an argument before the incident occurred.

Officials believe that the suspect may have been a relative of the victim and fled the scene of the crime.

The name of the victim was not mentioned in the article, pending the notification of next-of-kin.

This accident investigation is currently being handled by the Fullerton Police Department and further details will be updated as they are available.
