Hit-and-run results in motorcyclist Injured on the 110 Freeway near Redondo Beach Blvd in Gardena

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Monday, February 26th 2018, at about 5:45 p.m. a motorcyclist was injured as a result of a hit-and-run collision on Interstate 110 just north of Redondo Beach Boulevard in the city of Gardena.

Furthermore, authorities report that a rider of a motorcycle was down on the center divider of Interstate 110 as a result of a collision with another vehicle, although authorities did not see another stopped vehicle on the on the freeway.

In addition, the motorcyclist was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics, however officials have no word on the condition of the injured party.

Currently, this incident is undergoing review by authorities as they work to find the person responsible for the hit-and-run collision, and further details will be available at a later time one the investigation has concluded.
