Motorcyclist hospitalized ensuing vehicle collision on the 105 Freeway west of Crenshaw Blvd in Inglewood

As mentioned in a California Highway Patrol police report, on Wednesday, April 25th 2018, at about 3:42 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on Interstate 105, just west of Crenshaw Boulevard in the city of Inglewood.

Furthermore, authorities stated that a motorcyclist and a Honda Fit were traveling eastbound on I-105 when the collision occurred.  The HOV lane was blocked due to the collision, according to officials.

In addition, the motorcyclist was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics, however the condition of the injured rider is unknown at this time.  Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.

Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.  Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
