Vehicle accident left motorcyclist injured on Highway 120 near Yosemite Ave in Manteca

As mentioned by the California Highway Patrol in a police report, on Wednesday, March 7th 2018, at about 1:55 p.m. a motorcyclist was injured a result of a traffic accident that took place on State Route 120 at the Yosemite Avenue off-ramp in the city of Manteca.

Additionally, officials did not get a good description of the vehicles but did report that a motorcycle and a teal pick-up truck were the vehicles involved in the collision that resulted in injuries.  The accident caused to motorcyclist to get knocked down and was laying on the roadway when authorities arrived, according to the police report.

Furthermore, the rider was taken to a near by hospital, however authorities have no word on the condition of the injured victim.  Officials have not released any information about the injured party at this time.

Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.  Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
