Woman on motorcycle killed by vehicle in Mill Valley

According to a news report from the Mill Valley Patch, on Monday, March 26th 2018, at about 10:00 p.m., a motorcyclist was killed and at least one person was injured ensuing a traffic collision on the southbound of Highway 101 near Tiburon Boulevard in the city of Mill Valley.

In addition, the article stated that a motorcycle, Volkswagen and a silver Toyota Prius were the vehicles involved in the traffic collision.

Moreover, 29-year-old Marie Noelle Sigenthaler, of San Fransisco was driving the motorcycle as she was struck by two vehicles in the No. 2 lane and was ejected to the No. 1 lane, according to officials. Also, witness says that the Toyota struck the motorcycle from behind and fled the scene, however the driver of the Volkswagen stayed at the scene and cooperated in the investigation, according to officials.

Furthermore, Marie Noelle Sigenthaler was pronounced dead at the scene, however it is unclear how many were injured, but at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics. Moreover, authorities have not yet released any information on the injured party at this time.
