65-year-old man killed in vehicle collision on the corner of N California St and E Oak St in Stockton

According to a local news article by KCRA, on Sunday, March 25th 2018, at about 5:00 p.m. a 56-year-old man was killed as a result of a vehicle collision that took place on the intersection of North California Street and East Oak Street in the city of Stockton.

Furthermore, authorities mentioned that 45-year-old Felix Oscar Arreola was racing a black truck in a red SUV when he slammed into another vehicle.  The black truck speed off and Arreola fled the scene on foot but was later arrested, as stated by KCRA.

In addition, the 65-year-old man that was in the vehicle that was truck by Arreola was transported to a local hospital by paramedics, where he later died.  Authorities have not yet released the name of the victim.

Currently, this incident is under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released to the public as it is determined.
