Car collision on Eastern Avenue and East Olympic Boulevard in East Los Angeles injures at least three people
According to a local news report, on Thursday morning, April 19th, 2018, at about 2:20 am, a car crash injured at least three people on Eastern Avenue and East Olympic Boulevard in East Los Angeles.
In addition, the vehicles involved in the collision were described as a white Mitsubishi, a gray Nissan, and a white van, mentioned the authorities.
Also, one of the drivers involved in the accident tried to flee the scene and crashed into a light pole, stated the officials.
Furthermore, three people were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries, the report mentioned.
It is unknown at this time if alcohol and or drugs were a factor in this incident.
Several lanes of traffic were blocked as authorities worked to clear the accident and a tow truck was required for the vehicles involved in the accident, as stated by authorities.
