Second crash on the 605 Freeway on Friday morning

According to a report from the California Highway Patrol, there was a multi-vehicle accident that took place last Friday, leaving at least one person injured as a result.

The California Highway Patrol responded to a call regarding a collision between a bus and multiple vehicles.  After authorities arrived on scene, an ambulance was called after 8:20 a.m.

After locating the injured individual, sources stated, paramedics transported the injured party to a local medical center.  It was unclear from the log what the extent of the patients injuries were.

Additionally, a SigAlert was issued at 8:34 a.m., prompting a closure of northbound lanes on the 605 Freeway.

Currently, the California Highway Patrol is leading an investigation to determine the exact cause and liable party in this major traffic accident, and further details will be reported as soon as possible.
