Multi-vehicle collision injured at least one person on the 10 freeway in the city of West Covina

According to a police report from California Highway Patrol, on Thursday, March 15th 2018, at 9:56 p.m. at least one person was injured ensuing a car accident that involved several vehicles on Interstate 10, just west of Vincent Avenue in West Covina.

Upon arrival, according to the report, authorities discovered that an RV camper has overturned to its side after colliding with an unknown SUV on Interstate 10 Thursday evening. The car accident caused another truck that was towing a trailer to lose control and spin in the middle of the freeway blocking numbers 1, 2, and 3 lanes on the 10 freeway officials said.

In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured victim at this time.

Currently, this incident is undergoing review by officials as they work to determine the exact cause and liable party of the collision.  Further details will be available at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
