At least one person injured in car collision on Highway 17 north of Raineri Ln in Los Gatos
According to a police report by California Highway Patrol, on Monday, March 12th 2018, at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on State Route 17, just north of Raineri Lane in the city of Los Gatos.
Moreover, officials reported that a grey Honda Accord and a black Toyota Highlander and two other vehicles were involved in the collision that resulted in injuries on SR-17. One of the vehicles involved in the collision ended up facing the wrong-way on the highway, as stated by CHP.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, but at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured party at this time.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash. Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
