Two men, a woman, and a 16-year-old girl sustain moderate injuries after crash landing
According to a recent article from KTLA News, there was a helicopter crash landing in which four people were injured as a result near West Valleyheart Drive on Friday.
As mentioned in the article, the crash landing occurred at about 12:00 p.m. on Friday within the vicinity of the 15000 block of West Valleyheart Drive.
The report cited that the National Helicopter Service chopper was landed in the residential street although no cause was determined in the immediate investigation.
Furthermore, the Los Angeles Fire Department mentions that the four injured occupants had exited the helicopter prior to the arrival of paramedics.
The woman was wheeled towards an ambulance on a gurney and headed towards a local hospital for treatment of her injuries. Another woman and a man were shown being treated at the site of the landing, said officials.
Reportedly, the helicopter had damaged a small section of a nearby fence, although no homes were damaged in the crash landing, and no pedestrians were injured as a result, said authorities.
Currently, officials are investigating the cause of the landing. Further details will be reported once the investigation has concluded.
