At least 1 person injured in vehicle collision on Highway 57 north of Diamond Bar Blvd in Diamond Bar

As mentioned in a California Highway Patrol, on Saturday, April 14th 2018, at about 2:42 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on State Route 57, just north of Diamond Bar Boulevard in the city of Diamond Bar.

Additionally, authorities stated that a Saturn Ion and a Toyota 4Runner were traveling northbound on SR-57 when the accident occurred.  The collision caused the vehicle to block the HOV and N0. 1 lane of the highway, according to officials.

Moreover, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.
