At least one person injured after a car collision on eastbound Christopher Columbus Transcontinental Highway near Eastern Avenue in East Los Angeles
According to the police report, a car crash occurred Tuesday April 3rd, 2018 at approximately 2:28 PM on eastbound I-10 Freeway just west of Eastern Avenue in East Los Angeles.
Additionally, the two vehicles involved in the accident were identified as a black Scion and a red pickup truck.
Los Angeles County Fire Department was called on the scene to assist with the incident, reported officials.
In addition, it is unclear how many were injured, but at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by medical personnel. Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured party at this time.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.
