Traffic collision hospitalized at least 1 person on the intersection of SR-99  and SR-32 in Burnswick

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Friday, March 30th 2018, at about 2:13 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on the intersection of State Route 99 and Highway 32 in the city of Burnswick.

Furthermore, authorities stated that a Buick Envision and a Honda Accord were the vehicles involved in the collision that resulted in injuries.  The accident caused major front-end damage to both the Honda and Buick, as mentioned by CHP.

In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.

Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash.  Further details will be reported at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
