Multi-vehicle collision left at least one person injured on the intersection of Highway 12 and Red Top Rd in American Canyon

According to a police report by California Highway Patrol, on Monday, March 12th 2018, at 6:36 a.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that involved several vehicles on the intersection of State Route 12 and Red Top Road in the city of American Canyon.

Moreover, authorities mentioned that a Toyota Yaris, a white chevy van, a Subaru Prospect AWD, and another vehicle, that was not described in the report, were the vehicles involved in the collision that resulted in injuries.  The accident caused major rear-end damage to the Subaru and a tow was required, as cited by CHP.

In addition, at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics, however authorities have no word on the condition of the injured party.  The age and name of the victim has not yet been released by officials.
