At least one person injured in traffic collision on the 580 Freeway near the 80 Interstate in Emeryville
According to a California Highway Patrol report, on Friday, February 16th 2018, at about 7:44 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that took place on Interstate 580 just east of Interstate 80 in the city of Emeryville.
Furthermore, officials cited that a blue Subaru Forester and a white Ford F-150 were the vehicles involved in an accident that resulted in injuries. As a result of the collision at least one person was transported to a local hospital to treat the injuries sustained by the accident, however authorities have no word on the condition of the injured party.
Currently, the exact cause and liable party is unknown at the time but officials are reviewing the accident and further details will be released at a later time once the investigation has been concluded.
