Semitrailer accident left at least one person injured on the 60 Freeway near Vineyard Ave in Ontario

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Wednesday February 7th 2018, at 10:08 a.m. a traffic accident among big rigs left at least one person injured on State Route 60 just east of Vineyard Avenue in the city of Ontario.

The vehicles were traveling west on the 60 Freeway before the collision occurred as cited by CHP.  In addition, one victim was bleeding from their nose and received injuries to their leg as a result of the accident.  The injured party was taken to a local hospital to attend to the injuries sustained from the accident.

Moreover, authorities are working to determine the exact cause and liable party of the accident.  Further information will be released at a later time once the investigation has been concluded.
