Gardena car wreck required paramedic assistance

At least one victim suffered injuries after a three vehicle traffic collision took place at the intersection of S. San Pedro Street and E. Redondo Beach Boulevard in Gardena on Tuesday morning, February 27th, 2018, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.

The accident was reported at approximately 10:44 a.m. on Tuesday morning when CHP officers responded to a report of a two-vehicle car accident in the southbound lanes.  Upon arrival, officials reported a three-vehicle crash between a Ford F450, a silver Chevy Camaro and a Kia sedan.

Additionally, LA County Fire responded to the incident as well as emergency paramedics to treat at least one injured party in the multiple-vehicle accident, according to the report log.

Currently, this incident is under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released to the public as it is determined.
