Traffic accident left at least one person injured on the Redwood Highway near Todd Rd in Santa Rosa

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on February 5th 2018, at about 9:06 p.m. a car accident left at least one person injured on the 101 Freeway near the Todd Rd off-ramp in Santa Rosa.

As cited by officials, the first vehicle swerved and crashed into the second vehicle before the third vehicle rear ended vehicle the second vehicle.  Moreover, the airbags of the first vehicle that was swerving were deployed in to the car crash.  A dark SUV, sliver sedan and a van were the vehicles involved in the car crash, said officials.

Currently, at least one person was hospitalized although the severity of the injuries sustained are unknown.  This car accident is undergoing investigation as authorities work to find the exact cause and liable party of the accident.
