Car crash resulted in injuries on the 280 Freeway north of S 10th St in San Jose

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Wednesday, April 25th 2018, at about 11:38 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident that involved several vehicles took place on Interstate 280, just north of South 10th Street in the city of San Jose.

Moreover, authorities reported that a silver Nissan 350Z, a blue Acura TSX, a gold Toyota Camry and an SUV were traveling southbound on I-280 when the collision occurred.  The accident deployed the Acura’s air bags and left several vehicles disabled, as stated by CHP.

In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.

Currently, this incident is undergoing review by officials as they work to determine the exact cause and liable party of the collision.  Further details will be made available at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
