Car crash hospitalized at least 1 person on the 280 Freeway north of State Route 1 in Daly City

According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Monday, April 9th 2018, at about 2:07 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on Interstate 280, just north of State Route 1 in Daly City.

Furthermore, authorities stated that a silver Chrystler, a black audi and another vehicle were traveling southbound on I-280 when the accident occurred.  The collision was caused by a ladder that fell off a truck, as mentioned by CHP.

In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a nearby hospital by paramedics.  Authorities have not yet released any additional information on the injured party.

Currently, this incident is under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released to the public as it is determined.
