Car accident hospitalized at least one person on the 99 Highway north of Grant Line Rd in Elk Grove
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Saturday, March 10th 2018, at about 4:05 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that took place on State Route 99, just north of Grant Line Road in the city of Elk Grove.
Moreover, authorities mentioned that a silver pick-up truck and a blue coupe were traveling southbound on SR-99 before the accident occurred. The accident caused the pick-up truck to overturn on to its roof, as stated by CHP.
In addition, it is unclear how many people were injured, however at least one person was transported to a near by hospital by paramedics. Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured victim at this time.
