Vehicle accident left at least one person injured on the 580 Freeway near Dougherty Rd in Dublin
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Monday, February 12th 2018, a traffic accident left at least one person injured on Interstate 580 right at the Dougherty Road on-ramp in the city of Dublin.
Furthermore, a white SUV and a Nissan Sentra were the vehicles that were involved in the accident, as mentioned by CHP. Officials report that both vehicles ended up blocking the number four lane of the I-580 westbound after the collision occurred. There were also several witnesses that called in to report the accident, according to the authorities.
There was at least one person sent to a local hospital, however authorities do not have any word on the condition of the injured victim at the moment. Currently, this incident remains under review and further details will be made public once officials have concluded their investigation.
