Car crash on the 210 Freeway near Mountain Ave in Upland left at least one person injured

As mentioned in a police report by California Highway Patrol, on Wednesday, February 21st 2018, at 6:50 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic collision that occurred on the Foothill Freeway just east of Mountain Avenue in the city of Upland.

Furthermore, reports states that a brown Jeep Wrangler, a white Honda Civic and a white BMW were the vehicles involved in an accident on I-210 that resulted in injuries.  The brown Jeep Wrangler ended up with a rear flat tire, and the white BMW was overturned on it’s side and the occupants of the vehicle were already outside when authorities arrived.

Moreover, as cited by CHP, at least one person sustained injuries as a result of the collision, however authorities have no word on the severity of the injuries.  Currently, this incident is undergoing review, although distraction by phone is suspected to be the initial cause of the accident.  Further details will be released at a later time once the investigation has been concluded.
