Multi-vehicle accident left at least one person injured on Interstate 10 near Sierra Ave in Fontana
According to a California Highway Patrol police report, on Saturday, February 17th, 2018, a multi-vehicle accident left at least one person injured on the 10 Freeway just east of Sierra Avenue in the city of Fontana.
Furthermore, officials report that the vehicles involved in the accident were traveling eastbound on Interstate 10 when the collision occurred. A white Honda Civic and two other semitrailers were reported to be the vehicles that were involved in the accident and also several people were seen outside of their vehicles walking on the roadway, report officials.
In addition, at least one person was transported to a local hospital however authorities do not have any word on the condition of the injured party.
Currently, this accident is undergoing review by officials to determine the exact cause and liable party of the accident, and further information will be available at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
