At least one person was injured ensuing a head-on collision on Wolfe Well Rd near SR-78 in Borrego Springs
According to a report from California Highway Patrol, on Saturday February 17th 2018, at 9:46 a.m. a traffic accident left at least one person injured on Wolfe Well Road near State Route 78 in the city of Borrego Springs.
Additionally, a head-on collision between a vehicle and a motor-home left two subjects trapped inside a vehicle and did require fire crews to extract the subjects from the vehicle, as mentioned in the report.
Furthermore, at least one person was sent to a local hospital to treat the injuries sustained by the collision, although there is no word on the condition of the injured party, according to CHP.
Currently, this crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause and liable party in the crash. Further details will be released at a later time once the investigation has been concluded.
