Traffic collision left at least one person injured on Interstate 280 near 7th St in San Jose

As mentioned in a California Highway Patrol police report, on Friday, February 16th 2018, at about 6:20 p.m. at least one person was injured as a result of a traffic accident on the 280 Freeway just south of the 7th Street off-ramp in the city of San Jose.

Furthermore, a BMW and a black Mazda were the vehicles involved in a traffic accident that result in injuries on Interstate 280.  In addition, the airbags of the black Mazda were deplayed as a result of the collision, according to CHP.

Moreover, at least one person was transported to a local hospital, however authorities do not have details on the severity of the injuries sustained by the injured party.

Currently, this crash is undergoing investigation by officials to determine the exact cause and liable party of the accident, and further details will be available once the investigation has concluded.
