Multi-vehicle crash resulted in injuries in Fallbrook

According to a news report from onscene.tv, an ambulance was dispatched to the scene of a traffic collision involving multiple vehicles that resulted in injuries on Saturday, April 7th 2018, at about 8:30 p.m., on the eastbound of State Route 76 near Via Monserate in the city of Fallbrook.

In addition, the news article stated that the vehicles involved in the traffic collision were a white cargo van, white Ford F-150 pick-up truck and a grey Chevrolet sedan.

Furthermore, it is unclear how many were injured, but at least one person was transported to Palomar Medical Center by medical personnel. Authorities have not yet released any information on the injured parties at this time.
