Several vehicles involved in accident left at least one person injured on Highway 99 Near Martin Luther King Jr Way in Merced
According to a California Highway Patrol report, on February 3rd 2018, at about 7:23 p.m. a multiple vehicle traffic accident on State Route 99 just south of Marin Luther King Jr Way in Merced left at least one victim hospitalized.
Furthermore, officials report that a white van, red motorcycle, white Escalade, and a black Toyota pick-up truck were involved in the accident. Additionally, the black Toyota pick-up truck looked to have taken major front end damage. It is unclear who was injured in the car accident, however at least one victim was transported to a local hospital via ambulance.
This incident is currently under review in an ongoing investigation by the authorities, and further details will be reviewed and released at a later time once the investigation has concluded.
