Car spins out in collision on highway in Rancho Cucamonga

At least one person was injured in a two car collision that occurred on Foothill Freeway near Day Creek Boulevard in Rancho Cucamonga at approximately 6:03 AM on Thursday, according to a California Highway Patrol incident log.

According to the report, two vehicles were involved in a crash after one vehicle cross the lanes at a high rate of speed and collided with the other. The second vehicle then spun out and came to a stop on the right shoulder.

Authorities worked with towing crews to clear the site of the accident.

The identities of the persons involved in the accident is currently not known. It is also not currently known whether or not the vehicles involved in the accident had passengers at the time of the accident.

The investigation into this accident is still ongoing. Further details regarding this car crash will be released to the public as it becomes available.
